Where are your products made?
Our products are 3D printed by JOS3D Studio in Andover, Hampshire, UK.
How do I send my pet photograph?
After ordering a pet portrait, email your photograph and order number to jos3dstudio@gmail.com. Choose a clear, front-facing photograph showing the face and chest. If you are unsure whether your photo is suitable, contact us before ordering.
Can I request a different colour or a larger quantity?
Contact us with the product and your requirements. We will confirm whether we can help and discuss the price before you order.
Why can I see fine lines on my item?
3D printing builds an object in layers. Fine layer lines and small variations are normal and form part of the finish.
What size are the products?
Check the dimensions in the product description. If a size is not listed, or you need a particular size, contact us before purchasing.
Can the Santa bowl hold food?
It is a decorative item and is not certified for direct food contact. Use wrapped sweets or a suitable food-safe liner. Sweets and other props in the photographs are not included.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 3 working days. For personalised pet portraits, preparation starts once we receive a suitable photograph and the required details. Standard UK Delivery is available for £3.99 and takes an estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch. Please allow approximately 5–6 working days overall; these times are estimates, not guaranteed. Available shipping options are shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date or want a larger order.
How do I care for my item?
Keep your 3D printed items away from high heat. For questions about cleaning or using a particular product, please contact us.
